Thy Tran is the Finance Officer at IAWP, where she manages budgets, oversees payment processing, prepares financial reports, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements. She also leads the development and revision of internal financial regulations to strengthen financial management across the organization.
Previously, Thy served as Finance Officer for two major grant-funded projects supported by the Fund to End Violence Against Children and the U.S. Department of Labor, where she gained extensive experience in budget management, financial reporting, and accounting in international NGO settings.
She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Information Technology from France and a certification in Grant Acquisition and Management. With this background, Thy brings strong expertise in financial analysis, donor compliance, and operational efficiency to her role at IAWP.
